Carbon Compliance
As you work towards your Net Zero goals and follow a well strategised carbon management plan, demonstrating your carbon compliance is an important part of the process.

Non-Mandatory Carbon Reporting
We can help you with a variety of carbon reporting schemes, including the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG).
We provide a dedicated compliance expert and collect all the information relevant to each scheme on your behalf. We’ll also evaluate how you may reduce energy consumption, decrease your carbon footprint, and ultimately save you money while still fulfilling your obligations, allowing you to maximize savings across your portfolio while still meeting your requirements.

Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR)
Follow the SECR legislation and make sure your energy efficiency projects and carbon emissions are reportable and audit ready.
Cost Saving Energy Regulations
Not all energy regulations are a legal requirement, we can support you with complying to voluntary legalisation that may entitle your business to a reduction in your energy costs.

Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS)
Reduce your energy bill by applying for ESOS. You can qualify for ESOS if your business:
- has 250 or more employees, or
- fewer employees, but with a large financial profile of more than €50,000,000 (£44.8m) and an annual balance sheet of more than €43,000,000 (£38,5m)

Climate Change Agreements (CCAs)
If your business is in an energy-intensive sector, you may obtain up to 90% off the Climate Change Levy (CCL) by signing a voluntary Climate Change Agreement (CCA) that commits to a pre-determined energy efficiency target.

Energy-Intensive Industries (EII) Exemption Scheme
The EII Exemption Scheme allows large energy users to apply for an exemption of up to 85% of their Contract of Differences (CoD) and Renewables Obligation (RO) payments.
Building Energy Certification DECs and EPCs
We provide EPCs and DECs as our energy consultants offer guidance on the best ways to improve your buildings’ energy ratings, giving you valuable energy savings for your business.

Display Energy Certificates (DEC)
All public buildings with a total useful floor area greater than 250m2 are required to have a display energy certificate (DEC) and advisory report which we can produce on your behalf.

Energy Performance Certificates EPC
As a landlord of either a domestic or commercial property you are obligated by law to carry out an energy performance certification (EPC) assessment. This will display the energy efficiency level of your property and give tenants an idea of the potential energy costs they will incur. We carry out this assessment and provide certification as well as consulting on strategies to save on energy for your property.
Emissions Trading Scheme
The Emissions Trading Schemes are applicable to both the UK and EU depending on the location of your sites. With the UK leaving the EU due to Brexit there are now two standards you may need to adhere to.

EU ETS
If you operate in the European Union (EU) and need to comply with the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) we can assist you to meet any necessary requirements to reduce carbon emissions in the most cost-effective way, or we can create a carbon offsetting plan that will allow you to satisfy EU ETS regulations.
